For your appointment, you can expect...

  • To complete an online health history intake form prior to the appointment. This will help us focus on addressing your main concerns during your appointment and make the most of our time together.

  • An in-depth feeding assessment, as well as a latch assessment (as needed). Please plan to feed your baby during your appointment, as well as have any tools you currently use available- extra milk, pumps/flanges, bottles, pillows, etc.

  • A thorough breast exam and oral exam of baby’s mouth

  • Personalized guidance and tips to help you reach your feeding goals

  • A detailed plan emailed to you, summarizing the key recommendations, as well as links to more information and resources as needed

  • Extra support via text or e-mail for 1 week following your appointment to help you clarify what was discussed regarding your care plan
